As a custom builders helper at age 15, I grew to appreciate every aspect of home construction from start to finish. Watching the various crafts come and go, leaving their unique touches to create a finished product was something I enjoyed. Working with my hands, and specifically on homes, continues to spark that in me.

At the age of 20, my now wife and I purchased a circa 1905 Victorian home in total disrepair, and so began my development as an all around tradesman and lover of homes. My grandfather, a lifetime electrician, taught me what he knew. My father and father-in-law shared their construction knowledge, and my neighbor his. Over a decade later and countless hours of experience led me to obtain my contractors license and my real estate license to bring my skills to the public.

I’ve found that I can provide a unique skillset to the real estate and contracting market. My construction background helps identify homes that are of sound structural and mechanical quality before an offer is even considered on a home; a task that may otherwise cost you if an inspection finds the home unfit.
